General Refund Policy

Thank you for ordering from OpenExploration. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our Refund Policy outlines the terms under which we process refunds. We aim to maintain a fair and transparent approach, prioritizing our customer satisfaction.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us without first seeking a return authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

In the case of food items that are perishable, such as pizzas or other menu items, refunds and returns are typically not applicable due to the nature of the product. Exchange

If your order is incorrect or defective upon delivery, we may offer an exchange for the item(s). Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange for the exchange process if applicable. For faster assistance, please have your order number available.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if applicable. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
